FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ADMISSION
Gates will open Friday, 5th February 2016 at 4pm. Those camping will be able to access the venue from 12pm to set up their camp sites. You will be required to present your ticket and ID on arrival to the venue.
TICKET PRICING
Ticket prices have dropped on 2015 prices. The decreases are primarily associated with the feedback our visitors gave us. In return for these great prices all we ask is that you spend lots with us and bring as many of your friends as you can.
SET TIMES
Individual artist set times will be posted on our facebook page closer to the event.
PETS/ANIMALS
No pets are allowed at the venue or festival site. Please leave all animals at home.
TRAVEL OPTIONS
There is no public transport at the venue. Arrival is by motor vehicle or boat. There will be parking on site and for boat owners, a dedicated trailer parking area and boat wash down bay.
LOCKERS
There are no lockers on site. Individuals are responsible for the safety of their own items.
MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL
There is limited mobile phone reception at the venue. Those with Telstra should have signal, however those on other networks may find reception unreliable.
ATMS
There is no ATM's on site, so please bring sufficient cash. We will have EFTPOS facilities available.
TICKETING
All tickets must be purchased online prior to arrival at the festival. All tickets are issued electronically and bar code verified. ID will be required if you have lost your ticket.
ENTRY, SECURITY & WRISTBANDS
You will be required to present your tickets to gain entry to the festival. At that point all festival goers will be wristbanded. Security will remove any persons without the accreddited JAM Festival wristbands.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The JAM Festival site is fully licensed and subject to NSW RSA and liquor licencing requirements. No alcohol is to be brought into the JAM Festival festival site. Intoxicated persons will be refused drinks and/or entry if our RSA Marshalls believe someone has had enough to drink. No BYO Alcohol is permitted at the venue.
PARTICIPATION & WAIVERS
Participation is encouraged at JAM Festival, however participation is at an individuals own risk. All ticket holders will be required to sign a waiver in order to participate in any on water activities.
WEATHER
JAM Festival is an all weather event. The only time we will cancel is if the river is flooded or fire threatens the safety of festival goers.
